The Philanthropy of Zeta Tau Alpha
The National Philanthropy of Zeta Tau Alpha is Breast Cancer Education and Awareness.
In Feburary of 2004, "Think Pink" became a registered trademark of Zeta Tau Alpha!
In 2008, the Gamma Omega chapter of Zeta Tau Alpha collected 1,045 lids for the Yoplait Save Lids to Save Lives Campaign! For every lid collected, Yoplait donates ten cents to Susan G. Komen for the Cure.
Race for the Cure
Each October, ZTA sisters volunteer at the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure in downtown Houston. Members distribute the back signs that are worn "In Memory Of" and "In Celebration Of" a loved one who has battled breast cancer. ZTA Alumnae organizations sponser collegiate members who wish to walk or run in Race for the Cure through their "Rent a Sister" program.

At Race for the Cure, ZTAs distribute the back signs that runners and walkers wear 'in memory of' and 'in celebration of' a loved one who has battled with breast cancer. Sister Kaley Welsh is pictured with two of her sisters who are wearing back signs in celebration of Kaley's sister-in-law who has battled breast cancer.
